Introduction

Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia FastAI 2020 is a series of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia CNNs programmed in Python using FastAI. Project by Association Volunteer Salvatore Raieli.

The motivation behind this project was to explore the use of FastAI for early detection of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, and to produce a collection of open-source classifiers using FastAI.

In these projects, ALL-IDB1 from the Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Image Database for Image Processing dataset by Fabio Scotti is used. We will use data augmentation to increase the amount of training and testing data we have.
