The Board of Directors governs, administers and represents the association. This body is composed by the president, the secretary and the treasurer, positions to be exercised by different people. The election of the members of the Board of Directors, who are to be Associated and of legal age, is made by vote of the General Assembly. The members of the Board of Directors hold the position free of charge.

President

Adam Milton-Barker

Leads and represents the association by the delegation of the General Assembly and the Board of Directors. Chairs and leads the discussions of both the General Assembly and the Board of Directors, establishes the convening of the meetings of the General Assembly and the Board of Directors, visas the acts and certificates prepared for the secretary of the association, holds the remaining powers of office and delegates to the General Assembly or the Board of Directors.

Secretary

The secretary must keep the documentation of the association, draw up, draft and sign the minutes of the meetings of the General Assembly and the Board of Directors, draft and authorize the certificates that need to be issued, and also keep the partner registration book.

Treasurer

Javier Lopez Alonso

The treasurer has as its function the custody and control of the association's resources, as well as the preparation of the budget, balance sheet, and settlement of accounts. He's carrying a cash book. Sign fee receipts, and other treasury documents. It is also the responsibility of the treasurer to maintain economic information on the website of the association (or meetings) in order to provide the maximum possible transparency.
